Perc returns to Perc Trax after the success of his Soft Launch EP which was Perc Trax’s biggest release of 2025 despite being released just a few months before the end of the year.
The Microtrax EP is Perc at his most personal and intimate. Five tracks composed in hotel rooms across Europe, the USA, Canada and South America, then taken to Perc’s London studio to be finished without losing each track’s initial spontaneity and rawness.
For the first time Perc features his own vocals on a release. Half spoken, half whispered phrases recorded at a low volume in the early hours of the morning to capture a moment in time, another sign that this EP sees Perc opening himself up more than ever before.
From the string led opener ‘See Yourself’ to the stripped back drum tool ‘Morgen’, which was a key element of Perc’s viral Section set late last year, to the constant downwards pull and organ stabs of ‘Introspect’ this is new territory for Perc, as he goes deeper and more introspective than ever before, whilst keeping his focus firmly on the dance floor as always.
