The record everyone knows, even when they don’t know it. Clear came out on Fantasy as a 12-inch from the album Enter, with Industrial Lies on the back and a remix by Jose ‘Animal’ Diaz on the A-side. Sparse, precise and hypnotic, it became one of the most sampled tracks in electro and hip-hop — Missy Elliott’s Lose Control among them. Filed in memory of Juan Atkins (1962–2026).
